After its establishment in 1992, the gallery of Bruno Brunnet, Nicole Hackert and Philipp Haverkampf occupied a number of locations until 2007, when it finally found a permanent home on the Kupfergraben near the Museum Island. With its light drenched rooms, David Chipperfield’s minimalist building combines a museum-like framework with the charm of a private gallery, making it a worthy space for contemporary works by internationally acclaimed artists such as Daniel Richter and Sarah Lucas.
