Local before arrival
A futuristic façade modeled on the structure of muscle fibers already hints at what can be found inside this building between Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate, first opened in 2009. A multimedia exhibit explains “what moves us.” Designed by Gnädiger Architekten, the center’s organic structures and cutting-edge interior successfully blend contemporary architecture and state-of-the-art technology. The façade is partially illuminated by a light installation.
