Outside, the Neo-Baroque Neuer Marstall at the Schlossplatz looks as opulent as ever. Inside, where imperial grooms were once charged with the care of around 300 horses and coaches, music students now practice in state-of-the-art, soundproof rooms. While preserving the spatial dimensions of this listed building, Anderhalten Architekten designed an interior structure with three concert halls and over 100 practice rooms, all equipped with the latest acoustic technology.
