The Tübinger Strasse is a good example for good neighborhood planning. Until the late 90’s, it was a slightly sad street with heavy traffic. Now it has been turned around into a lively neighborhood center. The old saddlery next door to the privately owned Dinkelacker Brewery has been turned into lovely bar. The architects Janusch Munkwitz and Tamara Deijj-Ferrada fell in love with the space and kept its old building charm. The rooms of the bar are simple. Vintage furniture and brick walls are perfect for an indoor beer garden. Guests can quench their thirst with beer – there are 28 Dinkelacker beers on tap here. Or they can start their evening with some gin and some tasty snacks. A “Vesperteller” is the perfect side dish for the beer. On weekends and holidays, they serve breakfast here as well.
