But the main focus is on the Italian speciality of dough with mixed ingredients on top. That is what the Signorina is all about. Baked in a brick oven with ingredients that go with the season and are therefore always fresh. The decor is basic, with simple wooden tables and chairs. The "industrial style" reminds a litte of a lovingly designed trattoria for workers. The quality of the food is remendous. No wonder the restaurant is always packed. Even if the terrace offers more space on warm days.
