El Salero is one of the first restaurants to open in the newly renovated El Born district in the mid 1990s. The restaurant specializes in dishes featuring organic ingredients and venison, which can also be found on the lunch menu. Still, it’s well worth stopping by in the evening as that is when the discreet lighting makes the white furnishings really stand out.
