There is passion and idealism in every nook and cranny of Christian Daam and Sascha Euler's new restaurant and bar. They personally chopped and varnished the 6,500 wood blocks which make up the space’s back wall, built the extra-wide concrete bar, installed the lights from Marrakesh, and welded the beer-tap wash basin. Alongside the two they brew themselves, the pair serves around 20 other varieties of the best beers in the world. Raise your glass and say cheers!
