It all began with a catering job. A long evening where the wine flowed like water. Could they imagine creating a restaurant in the Haus des Buches? They could. And so Raffaela Schöbel and Simon Horn opened Margarete, named after Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky, the inventor of the Frankfurt kitchen.
