Architect Dominique Perrault’s tower receives its dynamic character from the way the body of the building is fractured in the middle and thrust upward. The regular grid of the aluminum-clad façade emphasizes the resulting weightlessness. The expressiveness of the architecture is complemented on the inside by a commitment to vivid colors and strong shapes. Dos Cielos is the domain of chefs Sergio and Javier Torres who learned their craft from Santi Santamaria and Alain Ducasse.
