Gran Eléctrica seeks to change that: Owners Tamer Hamawi, Elise Rosenberg, and Emelie Kihlstrom offer an authentic spin on Mexican street food, inspired by their many travels. Think tacos, quesadillas, ceviche, and house-made tortillas and chorizo, plus a strong emphasis on top-shelf tequila and mezcal. The open, rustically minimalist space is stylish, with black and white Día de los Muertos-inspired wallpaper.
