Right next door to its original location, Grimaldi’s is a Brooklyn institution. There is absolutely no shame in waiting in line (sometimes for over an hour) for one of the city’s best pizza pies. No one really knows the real secret as to why it’s so good, but it may have something to do with the classic coal-brick oven and the freshness of the ingredients.
