Not one, but two Frankies are behind this spuntino: Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli. They grew up next door to each other in Queens, but ended up falling out of touch. Years later, they met again by chance and had a vision: to open a traditional Italian restaurant incorporating seasonal and regional foods. Now, their menu consists of fresh salads and soups, sandwiches and homemade pasta, such as the sweet potato and sage ravioli. Gustoso!
