Local before arrival
The wild and riotously colorful prints on T-shirts and other various shirt styles were inspired by the California surfer scene. The collections, created by Catalan brothers Custo and David Dalmau, have made it all the way to New York Fashion Week. Movie stars like Julia Roberts, Penélope Cruz, and Quentin Tarantino are fans of the loud T-shirts with retro designs, which embody a lifestyle that is right at home in Barcelona.
