Teo himself works in the kitchen of his family-run restaurant where he serves guests traditional Roman cuisine: pasta alla carbonara or all’amatriciana as a first course, followed by lamb, oxtail, or tripe as a second course. In addition, friendly waiters serve fish and seafood as well as seasonal specialties such as porcini mushrooms and truffles. The terrace on the edge of a quiet square offers exceptionally beautiful seating. Reservations recommended!
