Over the course of a year, Michael Wendling returned to Bangkok again and again in order to study Thai culture and cuisine extensively. Directly above his French restaurant Cuivre, he has opened a second restaurant alongside the charming host Fanny Cervera, which features an illuminated bamboo-green bar with futuristic touches. The menu features juicy kebabs, spicy dips, pomelo salad, green curry, and pineapple-passion fruit cake; a highlight is the lemongrass mojito.
