Bordeaux—both the city and the wine—is Franck Boudot’s passion. In October 2013, he opened Burdigala, his second wine bar in Shanghai. While this well-run bistro has a variety of simple French dishes on its menu, all the wines served here come from Bordeaux—everything from red to white, sweet and sparkling to spicy and elegant. Helping his patrons discover and enjoy this particular grape variety is a mission close to his heart.
