Betty Ng loves to bring home culinary inspirations from her travels. For the past seven years, she has delighted her guests with delectable tofu salad, shakshuka (an Arabic egg dish), and laksa (Singapore’s traditional noodle soup), along with a fluffy ginger cake to complete the meal. Nearly everything on the menu is invigorating and refreshing, like the hot orange drink with ginger, lemongrass, and mint. Ginger has found a new dream home close to the park in the heart of the former French Concession.
