The cakes are baked fresh daily by three women from the United States, you can drink all the drip coffee you like, and—rare for Paris!—you can even order a latte macchiato, or a flat white. You can enjoy it all in a cozy atmosphere that is particularly prized by the English-speaking students from the surrounding universities. In the rear courtyard, you can watch as the bakers turn sugar into works of art for weddings.
