Located in a historic country house, with outstanding food and moderate prices, this restaurant, eponymous with its owner’s family name, sets itself apart from the rest. Ingredients for dishes are painstakingly selected from regional offerings: asparagus and farm-fresh cheese from Holland, fish and other seafood from the North Sea. The spices are grown in the restaurant’s own garden in the adjacent park, which also provides a beautiful view for visitors dining on the terrace.
