The Pershing Hall restaurant is centred around its patio, opened up to the sky with a façade that forms a vertical garden more than 30 meters high. This horticultural accomplishment brings together 300 species from across the world and is the work of famous botanist and extreme gardener, Patrick Blanc. Beyond its pleasing aesthetics, the restaurant also serves inventive and refined cuisine uniting rare flavors and borrowing the finest aspects of different culinary traditions.
