Local before arrival
Miss Kō, the latest work by star designer Philippe Starck, is first and foremost a feast for the eyes: a long bar with numerous screens displaying nonstop news from Asia, an iconoclastic manga fresco by David Rochline, and an open kitchen reminiscent of Chinese street restaurants. This is where gyozas with bœuf bourguignon and spring rolls with foie gras are conjured, along with sushi and bo bun. It is a piece of Hong Kong in the middle of Paris—and an ideal spot to see and be seen!
