The Palais Hansen, on the famous Ringstrasse, was originally built as a hotel for the World Exhibition in 1873, and was converted into a government office building afterwards. But in March 2013, it reopened as a glamorous hotel exuding historical magic. This hotel boasts two restaurants, probably the coolest cigar lounge in the city, and the Henri Lou Bar, which has Vienna's longest cocktail menu. The magnificent lobby serves as a calm oasis after a stroll through the busy city.
