Local before arrival
Located not far from the Stephansplatz, the Hollmann Beletage is Vienna’s smallest design and boutique hotel. Owner Robert Hollmann commissioned architect Christian Prasser to design 25 rooms on the second and third floors of a noble Wilhelminian style building. The bright, spacious rooms are furnished with warm, dark wood; a functional partition wall creates space, as does a freestanding bathtub open to the room. The hotel has a central living room with fireplace, library, and piano that is open to all guests.
