Set up in 1854, this maison de thé has been expanding its empire for the last 25 years to the four corners of the Earth. But its Darjeeling tea doesn’t taste the same as when it is served in the colonial interior of its Parisian tea salon, with shelves and shelves of its famous little black boxes adorning the walls.
