Local before arrival
A visit to Le Georges after Centre Pompidou should be on everybody’s list. Fusion cuisine is set against the avant-garde interior by Dominique Jakob and Brendan MacFarlane. The roof terrace is perhaps the most beautiful in Paris, with spectacular views of Notre-Dame and Montmartre. The regular crowd here is chic and trendy, and students also like to come for coffee. When the museum closes, simply take the lift directly up to the sixth floor.
