Giuseppe Longo grew up in a southern Italian cooking school, where his mother Camilla taught him all of the staples of the Italian kitchen early on. With this experience, he has been serving guests in Berlin since 2011. Authentic pizza from his self-made stone oven will pass the Neapolitan test, which involves folding the pizza to quarter-size (portafoglio).
