A long time ago, there were two sisters who grew up at the crossroads between Orient and Occident, and dreamed of a modern Turkish restaurant. Lale Yanik and Arzu Bulut, the owners of Osmans Töchter, made their dream come true by skillfully blending Istanbul’s in-vogue cuisine with Western flavors. Nevertheless, the (seemingly) One Thousand and One meze dishes (appetizers) give a nod to traditional Turkish cuisine. The sisters top it all off by serving everything with a healthy serving of Turkish hospitality.
