There are many stores that use sweet sins to entice. Dark chocolate is more unusual. Since 1912, the traditional family business has been making the finest chocolate by hand. Only one of what were once seven branches survived the Second World War. At this Bauhaus-style store, the tasty treats are individually wrapped in foil and still sold in the same packaging as back then. Their Borken chocolate is unique—airy, flaked chocolate that looks like peeling bark.
