Gino, now over 80 years old, and his two children still work at this classic family-owned trattoria. The restaurant serves traditional Roman cuisine such as roast lamb and braised oxtail to tourists as well as members of parliament who work right around the corner. Hungry guests can enjoy a first course of spaghetti all’amatriciana or tonnarelli alla ciociara—egg noodles with peas, mushrooms, and ham—the specialty of the house.
