Val M. Cantu runs the kitchen of this fine-dining establishment with absolute perfectionism. No wonder he’s received a Michelin star for his devotion to Mexican cuisine. Dining here is more like a special event than your average dinner. The menu for the nine-course meal is only revealed after dessert, and each dish more resembles filagree artwork than a plate of food. The luxurious salon-like space only has 25 seats, making the dining experience seem like partaking in an exclusive club.
