Local before arrival
Thanks to its strictly-organized façade with rounded-off edges and protruding balconies, this residential building designed by the LOVE architects seems almost playful amidst the straight lines of the surrounding buildings. This building, completed in 2008, is on a spit of land in the Dalmannquartier for which a mixed-use development of residences, offices and stores was designed. The only skyscraper project here is the Elbphilharmonie, which borders the area to the west.
