Local before arrival
The 180 ft. high building by Behnisch Architekten looks like a sculpture that marks the end of the route leading from the inner city through HafenCity to the promenade on the Strandkai. The spiraled stacking of the stories results from floors that are built one atop another offset by a few degrees. Each of the 58 high-priced private apartments therefore has a clear view of the harbor and the city. This luxury building is oriented towards sustainability with a modern energy strategy.
