Once a factory for casks and barrels, the turn-of-the-century warehouse underwent a gut renovation in 2012 to become the hippest new hotel of the city. 72 rooms offer traditional luxuries paired with the irresistible local touch, like original 13-foot-high timber ceilings, beds made from the site’s reclaimed pine, and heated concrete floors.
