Local before arrival
A dizzying selection of specialty cocktails delights the best-dressed Williamsburgers with a taste for finely curated tipple. Many concoctions were dreamed up by the talented in-house mixologists. They were no doubt inspired by the ’20s speakeasy décor. There’s the curvaceous bar, a rose-wallpaper parlor, fake palms, and ceiling fans. Liquor selections change with the seasons. There are a hundred wines listed, most from boutique wineries. The raw bar offers oysters, caviar, shrimp, and clams.
