When Kristin and Vernon met whilst working for a London-based catering company, they didn’t know that they would one day marry. But they did know they wanted to open a bakery together. After their daughter was born in 2014, the culinary school graduate and her South African chef of a husband decided to open shop. Because they place heavy weight on sustainability, they only bake with the best ingredients and pay special attention to detail. They also host regular supper club events, which are always booked!
