The new pilgrimage site of contemporary art connoisseurs displays over 2,000 pieces of art from the collection of the billionaire Eli Broad and his wife. Located right next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the honeycombed façade of the building is confident, stark, and imposing. Upon entering, visitors take an escalator through a tunnel up to the vault on the top floor. Pieces from artists like Rauschenberg, Lichtenstein, Koons, and many more can be photographed, analyzed, or just looked at here.
