Local before arrival
tak tak offers a little bit of Poland in the heart of Berlin, serving organic pierogis and other specialties, including a range of vegetarian/vegan dishes, for lunch and dinner. Ask a true Pole and they’ll say no one can make pierogis like those found in the motherland, but tak tak—“yes” in Polish—has done well at convincing otherwise. The owner Karol Kasierski has set up shop in the lively Brunnenstraße in a small space with floor-to-ceiling windows and bar-style seating.
