They don’t make buildings like this anymore – and it’s a crying shame. St Pancras International is one of the world’s great examples of Victorian architecture and is truly a sight to behold. Not only a key destination for Eurostar and high-speed rail in the UK, St Pancras also boasts the gorgeously and recently restored St Pancras Renaissance London Hotel. Opened in spring 2011, it boasts glorious Gothic Revival metalwork, gold-leaf ceilings and a grand opulence unparalleled. A marvel.
