A word play on the popular Hamburg nightlife district St. Pauli, this small dinery serves up a belly-warming selection of German noodle dumplings in an industrial-cool space in Friedrichshain. The homemade delicacies are filled with regional ingredients like organic meat and tofu. The place is lively in the evenings (there’s a DJ booth in the restaurant). The young team is also found at various street food festivals throughout the city serving their delightful dumplings.
