The name of this restaurant, which belongs to Hotel Adlon Kempinski, means lotus pond in Thai. Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue established himself where he feels at home: his former restaurant, MÂ, was also here. Pan-asian cuisine is served here under the direction of head chef Daniel Lengsfeld. No sooner than ordering the Ruam Gan do you receive six finely-composed appetizers, followed by four main courses and seemingly endless dessert—sharing is allowed and even encouraged.
