This historical and wonderfully preserved residential complex on Yorckstraße is unique in Berlin and all of Germany. Obstinate developer Wilhelm Riehmer spent four decades building the Wilhelminian residential complex with its landscaped courtyards. In 1991, onlyone year after the had been completed, he died. Today, you'll find a very charming hotel with the excellent restaurant E.T.A. Hoffmann as well as temporarily rentable apartments.
