Local before arrival
When the daughter of Georgia’s former minister of education decided to open a restaurant in Berlin, she decided she didn’t simply want to serve her guests the cuisine of her home country, but to educate them as well. Walnuts are the stars of the Georgian kitchen and khachapuri is Georgia’s interpretation of pizza, for example. A visit to the small restaurant is guaranteed to be more enjoyable than any school lesson though, thanks to the wonders the team whips up in the kitchen.
