The fact that Hans Richard is not only a cook but an artist as well is obvious when you see the interior of the restaurant that the Swiss native designed and curated together with architect Lisa Kadel. The changing menu, inspired by French haute cuisine, is just as skillful and avant-garde as the interior design. Swiss cuisine classics provide a down-to-earth quality, as does the building itself: It has housed restaurants for almost a century and is one of the oldest structures in the city.
