In the former Kreuzberg relay station, chef Matthias Gleiß reinterprets German and Berlin dishes and combines them into creative menus. The multi-cultural influence of the Kreuzberg neighborhood is reflected in such dishes as a dessert with baklava, yogurt, and cassis.
