Designed by Renzo Piano, winner of the honorable Pritzker, this 52-story glass skyscraper in Times Square is the third tallest building in New York with an impressive 170,000 sq. yd. of space that provides its occupants with a sense of the city that surrounds them. The building boasts numerous innovations in environmentally sustainable design such as a combination of glass curtain walls and a scrim of ceramic tubes to reduce heat.
