The fresh Neapolitan brick-oven pies at this East Village pizzeria are such crowd-pleasers that offshoots have opened in Hong Kong and Manila. Motorino is both authentic and innovative; the brussels sprout pizza, for example, is perhaps the restaurant’s most popular. It’s a white pie with fior di latte mozzarella, garlic, pecorino, smoked pancetta, extra-virgin olive oil, and of course, brussels sprouts. There are also SoHo and Williamsburg branches, so every part of the city is covered.
