After opening in Amsterdam and Düsseldorf, the Max Brown Hotel is the latest addition to West Berlin’s ranks. The brand is young and hip, targeted towards creative millennials and digital natives on the lookout for Instagram-worthy digs. Designed by Saar Zafir, each of the rooms is decorated in an eclectic industrial style, with oakwood floors, patterned wallpaper and a personal record player with accompanying vinyl. There’s no minibar in the rooms – instead, guests can visit the ‘social spaces‘ to grab some snacks and drinks. Wi-Fi and breakfast are included in the rates, and bikes are available for rent to explore the city by saddle.
