Owner, bartender, and namesake Sascha Lenz knows his handwork. With a finely tuned sense for aromas, the trained chef now mixes libations for thirsty patrons—from classics to his own creations like the “Lenzinger,” a refreshing mix of gin, cucumber juice, lemon, and elderflower.
