Local before arrival
A real Spanish bodega is supposed to be loud, spirited and sociable. Host Antonio Montana wants his guests to create an atmosphere where they feel as though they are being transported to Spain. For this reason, late-eaters are very welcome, just as they would back in his home country. After a few glasses of Spanish wine, accompanied by a variety of tapas, hearty dishes or authentic paella, time is quickly forgotten. So many parties like to stay for a final nightcap – and no guest leaves without the obligatory glass of "Tunel de Mallorca", a sweet herbal liqueur.
