Le Troquet, or “the pub,” is a slice of France in the middle of Vienna. It features a casual bistro culture that makes you feel like it’s been around forever. Although the menus change daily, there are steak fries on Wednesdays and—providing they’re in season—mussels and fries on Thursdays. You can expect the waiters to dress up for the occasion (blue-and-white-striped sailor outfits!) and completely satisfy the culinary desires of their guests.
